The best way to book a photoshoot with me is to either use the contact form to send me an email with your preferences stating the date(s) and morning or afternoon, or give a call me directly on to check my availability.
Once we have agreed a date, you will need to pay a £75 deposit, with the remainder due at the end of the photo shoot. I don’t have a credit card machine at the studio, so many people find it easier to pay the full amount when making the booking.
If you use internet banking, this is often the quickest and easiest way to make a payment. Let me know if this suits you and I will email you with my details. Alternatively if you prefer to use a debit or credit card, you can do this via PayPal using the options on this page.
Booking and Payment FAQs
Why do I need to pay a deposit?
A £75 deposit secures your booking in my schedule and ensures that every client is treated on a first come, first served basis. As soon as I receive your deposit I will send you a booking confirmation email with full details including the address and directions to the studio.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, if you provide more than 48hrs notice of a cancellation.
What if I cancel my booking with less than 48hrs notice??
Your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Bank transfers, online card payments via PayPal, cheque, postal orders and good old fashioned cash.
Do I need to set up an account to pay with PayPal?
No, I can email you an invoice which you can pay using your regular debit/credit card without creating an account.
Can I send you a cheque or postal order?
Yes, as long as it arrives in time to be cleared 48hrs before your photoshoot.
Can I pay the balance for the session by cheque or postal order?
Yes you can, but please remember that as cheques take a while to clear, this can cause a delay in the delivery of your images.
